Co-Owner & COO, Chief Operating Officer - Becky oversees the marketing and day to day business of the shop. Becky's expertise comes from a marketing and advertising background, including managing Kinko's Copy Center in Bellevue and then transferring to the Kinko's headquarters in Santa Barbara, California. She also has experience of managing an Alphagraphics Printshop and was a graphic designer for an advertising specialty firm before starting their business back home in Bellingham. Becky loves to discuss marketing ideas with customers and support them by consulting and teaching marketing classes. She has two little black kitties that enjoy coming in the office and exploring every nook and cranny. Becky is a wonderful quilter and gardener - you'll often see her dahlias in vases at the front counter. She still holds the title for hurdles at Mt. Baker High School, and has done a marathon and triathlon in more recent years.
Co-Owner - Larry started in the printing industry in Southern California, working for Kinko's corporate office. His day-to-day duties include outside sales and deliveries, and he is often found out and about helping and supporting our customers in their projects at their office. He also deals with equipment purchases and bindery duties to ensure deadlines are being met. Larry is a gym buff, an avid reader, and enjoys brewing his own beer. He also loves the San Diego Chargers, but we still love him.
Production Manager & Lead Estimator - Krystal has been employed with Print & Copy Factory since 1999, and has brought an amazing amount of integrity, detail and efficiency to our team. She is a stand that ensures your project comes together correctly and at a high standard of quality. She has worked in every department of the business, including graphic design, web development, direct mail, digital printing, bindery, customer service, and accounts receivables, which literally gives her a complete understanding of techniques, tricks, and ideas to help solve your printing needs. Krystal is married and has two daughters. She loves to read books (record of 138 books in 2015), watch sappy movies, spend all of her spare time with the hubby and girls, laugh, eat the food her husband makes, and travel. She dreams of climbing the pyramids in Mexico, seeing the Scottish Highlands, walking El Camino in Spain, writing a book, and making sure her daughters live happy and love-filled lives.
Production Specialist - Heather came to us with a passion for helping make a difference and years of experience in the customer service industry. She will most likely be the person you talk to about your quote and/or order and you'll appreciate her warm personality. Heather cares about getting your job done right and on time. In her spare time, she likes to hang out with family, especially her favorite cousin Krystal :), go to the gym, attend Mariners games, watch scary movies, and dance. She went to Bellingham High School and loved being on the dance team, volunteering in Multicultural Club, and more recently attended Whatcom Community College for Psychology.
Graphics Designer - David has recently moved to Whatcom County from the San Francisco Bay area and has an extensive customer service background. He worked for a magazine company in San Francisco, in charge of designing the ads, editing the articles, photography, and the layout of the entire publication. He enjoys his dogs, origami, and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend. We look forward to seeing how his graphic design and marketing abilities can grow your business.
Production Specialist - Evan has a drive to produce quality work and has strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. He is cross-trained in the customer service and assists in bindery when needed. His attention to detail and high-rate of efficiency will help get your printing project from concept to completion as quickly as possible. When he isn't turning paper into gold in our Copies Department, Evan enjoys putting time into his passions. Said passions include reading, writing, amateur body building, and playing popular tabletop games with his husband.
Production & Website Specialist - Jake moved here from Seattle and has recently join our PCF team! He has been a graphic designer with a focus on illustration. In his spare time he likes to explore his new home of Bellingham, walk on the beach with his wife, hike, read, and hang out with his two cats Navi and Evey and their dog Bristol. He played guitar in a band for years and toured all over the South and East coasts of the U.S. He's jumped in web design with both feet and loves our adopted office cat already.
Production Specialist - Ellie is our go-to gal for getting all your last minute projects into your hands on time. She has worked in the Digital Copy Department and spends most of her time finishing up projects in the mailing & bindery departments to ensure your job gets out the door on time. She is light-hearted and fun to work with and keeps us all laughing. She's finishing up her degree in English & Psychology at Western Washington University and is working part-time, filling in the holes around the office.
