HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE in HONOR of our local Hero, SPC. Aaron Aamot. Created the drive in conjunction with Aaron's Mom, to pull the community together for providing Aaron's regiment holiday care packages. This drive was completed Dec 1, 2009. We shipped to Ft. Lewis over 115 large boxes full of snacks, soups, candy, socks, CD's, videos, books, magazines, toiletries, and wonderful letters. We are proud of the effort that everyone supported and gave from their hearts. We also collected over $2500 dollars for purchase of items, such as phone cards, towels, and other useful household items for soldiers and their families.
